上海交大留学生“感知中国”创业创新文化之旅圆满结束

Sensing China-A Trip of Entrepreneurship & Innovation
10月28日，由国家留学基金委主办，我校留学生发展中心承办的“感知中国”创业创新文化之旅圆满落下帷幕。此次活动共吸引了来自澳大利亚、孟加拉国、柬埔寨、哥伦比亚、捷克、法国、德国、印度、日本、肯尼亚、挪威、英国，以及巴基斯坦和俄罗斯等三十多个国家的近80名中国政府奖学金生。他们分别参观了上海非常具有代表性的四个公司，感知不同行业的发展与创新。
From October 27 to October 28, Shanghai Jiao Tong University hosted “Sensing China-A Trip of Entrepreneurship & Innovation”, which was organized by the International Student Center of SJTU and sponsored by the China Scholarship Council. This event attracted nearly 80 participants from over thirty counties, including Australia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Columbia, Czech Republic, France, German, India, Kenya, Norway, the United Kingdom, as well as Pakistan and Russia, etc. SJTU international students visited four representative companies in Shanghai, so that they can understand the development and innovation of China in different fields.
10月27日，第一站留学生们参观汇聚了众多交大校友智慧的“零号湾-全球创新创业集聚区”。零号湾主要培育和孵化科技型的创业公司，为这些小微企业搭建资源平台，是我国“大众创业、万众创新”政策落地的典范。留学生们对零号湾中各种不同的创业公司充满了浓厚的兴趣，在对话创业精英的环节中，更是开启了“头脑风暴”，畅所欲言，踊跃交流。参观完毕后，留学生们对接下来的“感知中国”之旅充满了期待。
On October 27, international students from SJTU visited the Neo-Bay firstly, an innovative global business agglomeration zone which has gathered wisdom from SJTU alumni. Neo-Bay focuses on newly established industries, cultivating and hatching high-tech start-ups. The students are quite interested in a variety of start-ups in the Neo-Bay. They talked to business elites and started a "brainstorm". Such experience made these students a strong desire for the coming "Sensing China" activities.
“感知中国”的下一站来到了位于张江高科技园区的上海通用电气有限公司。通用电气是外资企业在中国发展的典范，为中国乃至世界相关行业的发展和带动本地就业做出了很大的贡献。通用公司的主管及员工们热情地接待了留学生们，并对通用电气和管培生项目进行了详细的介绍。在提问环节，留学生们问了很多关于GE实习和就业的问题。GE良好的园区环境、大楼内陈列的各种仪器设备更是吸引了大家的眼球。
After those small but excellent start-up companies, the next stop is Shanghai General Electric Co. LTD in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park. During the introduction of GE and its management trainee projects, international students raised many questions about GE internship and full-time jobs opportunities. The fantastic working environment and all kinds of engines displayed in GE attracted everybody's attention.
参观完两个企业之后， IDEX的高管赵总受邀和留学生们共进晚餐，探讨留学生中国就业的问题。
After visiting those two enterprises, Mr. Zhao, the General Manager of IDEX, one of the leading Industrial equipment manufacturers over the world, was invited to have dinner with the international students and discussed the job opportunities for international students in China.
28号早上留学生们去了浦东的中国商飞，在技术人员的带领下参观了C919大型客机的生产线，大家为此非常激动，对中国飞机的制造和发展现状也提出了很多问题。
In the morning of October 28, international students went to Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd (COMAC) in Pudong. With the guidance of COMAC engineers, they visited the assembly line of the largest aircraft of Chinese own intellectual-property rights - C919. Everybody was very excited about it and was curious about the Chinese aircraft manufacturing and developing stages.
最后一站是位于松江的著名网络公司-巨人网络。首先通过和主管的座谈会，留学生们了解了巨人网络的产品和技术发展，提了很多技术开发问题。后来参观了巨人网络的办公大楼，双层透明玻璃地板的会议室、健身房、活动室，集办公与休闲为一体的大楼让留学生们印象深刻，不愿结束这趟旅程。
The last stop was a famous internet company, the Giant Network, which was located in Songjiang district. Throughout the introduction of the manager, the international students understood the products and technology development of the Giant Network and asked a lot of questions about its technical development. Then they visited office building, double-transparent-glass-floor meeting room, the gyms, activity rooms and so on. The modern building combined leisure and working left a deep impression on students. The international students enjoyed this trip.
