International Student Spring Trip

 

To all international students,

To further enhance international students’ extracurricular life, get close to the Chinese culture, and promote friendship among the international students, the International Student Service Center has organized a weekend trip to Shaoxing in Zhejiang province. Related matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. I.               Time: Saturday and Sunday, April 22 to 23, 2017

2. II.             Itinerary: 2-day trip to ZHEJIANG Shaoxing

3. III.           Eligibility: International students in Minhang & Xuhui campus

4. IV.            Fees: International students who participates the international student trip for the first time shall be offered a normal price 250 RMB（totally 600RMB including room, food and car fare, with 350RMB provided by school as subsidy）, while others who have joined the trip in 2015 or 2016 shall pay the full price.

Normal price:250 RMB

Full price:600 RMB

1. V.              Spots available: 70 students (Minhang Campus), 35 students (Xuhui Campus)

2. VI.            Online Registration Time: 7:30, 20^th March- 18:00, 24^th March at Shanghai Jiao Tong University Life Service Platform (http://dormnew.sjtu.edu.cn), seats are limited, please apply ASAP.

3. VII.          Place of Payment: After signing up online, please bring your Student Card and Passport personally and pay in cash to get bus ticket at the International Student Service Center from 27 March to 29 March. Once registered, spots in the trip are nontransferable and nonrefundable. It shall fail to register arising out of overdue payment.

4. VIII.       Room Arrangement and Food: If you join with your friend as your roommate, please come together to pay and inform us. Otherwise, it will be arranged randomly. (If you want a single room, there will be additional fee caused). This trip only offer vegetarian Food and Non- vegetarian Food (for Lunch and Dinner, while Breakfast is buffet).

5. IX.            If the registration is full, you can choose to apply for the waiting list. And it will be arranged according to the actual situation. Please leave the correct personal information, and we will contact with you if there is a place.
