	2. Participate in code development, unit testing, system testing, mastering coding techniques and testing techniques；
	3. From the needs to complete the design, and then to the development and on-line projects in the end-to-end cycle。
Algorithm Engineer（Media Algorithm，Mathematics, Software, Hardware, etc.）	1. Responsible for the technical architecture of the real-time audio and video application and related development;	1. Major in computer science and technology, image processing, mathematics, telecommunications engineering, (micro) electronics, optics, artificial intelligence, or a related discipline.
	2. Responsible for the work in the codec of audio and video, including customization and optimization based on the open source software;	2. Adept at mathematical algorithms, with research experience in applied mathematics, statistics, graph theory, parallel computing, big data, database, multimedia, telecommunications, electronics, or related domains.
