2021 Annual Scholarship Review of International Graduate Students Begins

 

According to the policies and regulations of China Scholarship Council (CSC), Shanghai Municipal Government, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the 2021 annual scholarship review will be carried out with the following important notes:

 

1. Participants

All international graduate students in SJTU with a scholarship (including Chinese Government Scholarship, Shanghai Government Scholarship, Scholarship of Confucius, and University Scholarships) in hand shall go through the 2021 annual scholarship review, except for those graduating in June 2021.

Please note that if one fails to submit the application for review before the due date, a conclusion of “suspension” will be applied to his/her scholarship review by default.

 

1. Online Procedures

2. For students: Students shall submit the application for review before 17:00 Beijing time, April 12^th, 2021.  Please login “my SJTU” (http://my.sjtu.edu.cn) with your jAccount, click “Service Hall --> Postgraduates”, select the “Annual Scholarship Review of International Graduate Students (国际研究生奖学金年度评审)”, fill in the form and submit the application.

3. For supervisors: All supervisors are obliged to complete the “Supervisor Review” before 17:00 Beijing time, April 19^th, 2021. Please login “my SJTU” (http://my.sjtu.edu.cn) with your jAccount, select the “To-Do Tasks”, give necessary assessments according to relevant requirements and submit the results.

4. For college/school/department: The Graduate Education Office of each School/Department shall hold a panel review and complete the “School Preview” and “School Review” procedures accordingly before April 30^th, 2021. Please login “my SJTU” (http://my.sjtu.edu.cn) with your jAccount, select the “To-Do Tasks”, fill in the form and submit the results.

5. For the Graduate School: The Graduate School will implement the university level review in early May, 2021 and give the final annual scholarship review result for each applicant.

2. The Annual Scholarship Review results will be announced at Study@SJTU (isc.sjtu.edu.cn) in early May, 2021.

3. Any scholarship upgrading/downgrading will take effect from September 2021.

4. Any scholarship suspension or cancellation will take effect from June 2021.
